10 sessions of outstanding goalkeeper training covering all major aspects of Goalkeeping!
Two groups:
Ages 8 to Age 11 - 6 PM to 7 PM
Ages 12 and older - 7 PM to 8 PM
These sessions get sold out very quickly, so please do not wait to reserve your spot. Once a respective group is Sold Out, We cannot add a GK as a favor due to safety and to ensure a dynamic training environment for all participants.

10 sessions every Friday night until March 7th, 2025. Winter Training covers all major aspects of Goalkeeping including set position, basic handling, collapse diving, extension diving, 1 v 1 saves, reactionary saves, dealing with deflections, distribution, parrying, high balls, and more. Speed, strength, agility, core training, and balance training will be incorporated.
All Goalkeepers will receive a FREE Dominate the 18 Goalkeeping T-shirt that needs to be worn to each session.
